Well if you are hungry for updates. This thing is ancient. I had it for a while and I been editing my series’ detail with this. I am also probably going to dump chapter this way as well.

I am still wondering what to do with 3.0

It has come to my attention that some features on Kommiku are obsolete (For example, Five Star Rating).

So I have stop developing those feature cause they aren’t really core to what Kommiku brings. There are still plenty of bugs and things that people still want.

One of the few things I can do is increase performance with the system and that is doing away with one of the core databases.

So I will let you decide in the next milestone whether you want increase performance or not but it does come with a cost.

I am doing away with the “comic_page” table in the database. If you want to opt in for this feature, it should be no problem. However, one problem may be is that it will disorganize your pages because they will no longer have a proper slug attached to them. This will be in concept.

As for development…. it is going very slowly.

So a while back I got hit with a DMC for hosting illegal manga. My dream was to host a library of all the sorts of manga and stories.

But I have to be realistic. I am going no where on my periodical hiatus, and I have now turn into the main site of a WordPress-plugin aggregator.

I think I will just only do that now (focus on Kommiku). Because it won’t be till 2015 that I will get to finally focus on this site and stop uploading daily manga.

But, you will see kool and better features that Kommiku could offer.
